Thank you for using Games Land service (“the Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service provided by MidSense for Software in collaboration with Korek Telecom. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using or subscribing to the Service
1. About the Service
• The Service provides Pool of an Android Games to Korek Telecom subscribers
• By subscribing, you will receive SMS that contains the games portal link, where you can enjoy pool of downloadable Android games
• The Service is designed for individual use only and is not to be shared or redistributed
2. How to Subscribe
• Start your subscription by entering your mobile number on the Service page and verifying it using the PIN sent to you via SMS
• Once subscribed, you will receive a welcome message with all the necessary details, including the (cost), the frequency of updates, and support information.
3. Pricing and Billing
• The subscription fee is 240 IQD per day, which will be deducted automatically from your Korek Telecom balance.
• The subscription renews daily unless canceled by the subscriber.
• You can cancel the Service anytime by sending 04 to 3958.
4. Eligibility
• The Service is available to all Korek Telecom subscribers aged 18 or older.
• Subscribers under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
• Access is limited to users with devices compatible with SMS services on the Korek Telecom network.
5. Subscriber Responsibilities
• You are responsible for ensuring your account has sufficient balance to cover the subscription fee.
• Subscribers must provide accurate information during registration and ensure that their use of the Service complies with these Terms.
• Any misuse or violation may result in immediate termination of the subscription.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
• You may cancel your subscription anytime by sending 04 to 3958.
• Refunds are not applicable once the subscription fee has been charged, except in cases of technical errors caused by Korek Telecom or the vendor.
7. Service Delivery and Limitations
• The Service is provided “as is” and may experience interruptions due to technical issues, network problems, or maintenance.
• Korek Telecom and the vendor are not liable for delays, interruptions, or any consequences arising from service disruptions.
8. Modifications to the Service
• Korek Telecom and the vendor reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of significant changes, subscribers will be notified through SMS or other official communication channels.
9. Privacy and Data Use
• By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., mobile number) to deliver the Service.

10. Liability and Disclaimer
• Korek Telecom and the vendor shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Service, except as required by applicable law.
